Here is our class schedule, but we require you to book in person, email, or by phone. We will notify you if any issues with requested class times or class cancellations upon booking.

CrossFit classes – 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Elements classes – 10:30am, 8:30pm

Wednesday

CrossFit classes – 9:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Elements classes – 10:30am, 8:30pm

Thursday
