Yoga is offered at CrossFit Waterloo and is taught by a CrossFitter that was originally a yoga instructor. Andi presents and teaches Power Flow yoga. Power Flow yoga is derived from Ashtanga style yoga, but uses a wide range of poses to gain greater strength and flexibility within your body.
