CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. Life is unpredictable and often requires a broad range of physical demands. CrossFit prepares the body for not just one specific task, but trains the body to be able to adapt to any situation. Others try to become excellent at one very narrow, specific task we train to be good at all tasks.
