At CrossFit Waterloo we offer different rates that will depend on the program that is best suited for you. Our main focus and most common attraction is our CrossFit classes however we also offer 1-on-1 private training sessions, yoga, personalized nutrition assessments with meal plans, and offsite training.  Your membership options depend on your personal goals which we can discuss (and in some cases help you determine) in person upon your first visit.
