Results! We have been in business since 2009 and the biggest reason we continue to grow is because of the impressive results our members achieve. Our programs will make you look, feel, and perform at your best. When it comes time to balancing your fitness with strength, flexibility, and cardio, our results are second to none. Our program also balances the physical makeup of your body to keep your joints safe, prevent injury, make your body functional, and be able to optimally perform any activity that involves physical movement. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life or you are a professional/amateur athlete, if you are consistent with attending classes and following our coach’s instruction, you will get results!

Safety and Efficiency: From the very onset, we have put member safety and efficiency first and foremost. We have built and continue to stake our reputation on being very form-oriented and detailed. What this means is that our coaches are always correcting the technique of every movement and exercise for all members in the classes. Our coaches help members to strive for the execution of perfect form for all movements, with no exceptions! Our certified coaches have the knowledge and skills to teach proper movement and will provide an explanation for why you should move your body in a particular path through all of our exercises.

Our class sizes are limited to ensure you receive sufficient attention from our coaches every time you join us for a workout. It’s just like having a personal trainer each time you attend a class! We scale our CrossFit workouts (WODs) to each member’s current level of fitness. Our certified coaches maintain an open line of communication with every member in every class to make sure everyone gets the attention they need to safely optimize their workout according to their skill level.

Quality, Knowledge, and Experience: We believe that quality coaching and detailed instruction goes hand-in-hand with both safety and results, This is why we take the greatest pride in our coaching staff and make quality coaching our top priority. Our CrossFit certified coaching staff is also trained and internally handpicked based on several factors to complete an apprenticeship that is led by our head coaches Chris and Eddie, the owners of CrossFit Waterloo. Over the years our head coaches have attended several CrossFit , Olympic Lifting , Health/Nutrition, and Neurology Certifications to ensure continual growth and knowledge to pass on to our CrossFit Waterloo community. If you have any questions with regards to performance, nutrition, and health in general, we can certainly help you find an answer that leads to optimal results.

Since opening our doors in 2009 we have helped thousands of individuals at all levels of fitness in a wide range of ages to achieve more results than they had ever thought possible. With our vast knowledge and experience, we continue to have great success helping many of our members overcome various types of limitations within their body resulting from past injuries, mobility restrictions, and other variables. We also have extensive experience and success training athletes from a variety of sports to improve their ability and overall results and achievements within their specific sport.

Since CrossFit has introduced professional competition in 2011, Chris and Eddie have bred several competitive CrossFit Athletes with much success. We have coached different athletes each year to qualify for the CrossFit Regionals and even the CrossFit Games! The constant variation of the WOD’s also keeps you interested because the workouts are different, fun, and challenging for every member every day! Our accomplished senior coaches Chris and Eddie create the formula for all of our WOD’s. We tailor the CrossFit workouts every day for you based on your own individual skill level and possible limitations. To get leaner, stronger, faster, and more flexible, all you have to do is show up and pay attention to the coaches advice because we take the guesswork out of it for you! To top it off, we test our members on a regular basis so that we are measuring, monitoring, and tracking your improvement.

CrossFit Waterloo is a Community: Our members tell us that one of the greatest side-benefits from the membership is the genuine sense of community. At CrossFit Waterloo there is a natural tendency for members to support and encourage each other in every class. Imagine how beneficial it is to surround yourself with like minded people who are willing to work hard together to achieve a greater level of health. Additionally, we include partner exercises in some of the WOD’s to keep members motivated and to foster a community setting where everyone feels included. Passion For Fitness and Continual Improvement: Every year we strive to be better than the year before. We introduce improved training methods, more services, and increase our professional training knowledge bank to provide the best results and valuable experience to our members. Feedback from our members is important to us. We provide an anonymous method whereby members are able to offer suggestions for improvement, which continues to mould our facility and services. You will not meet CrossFit coaches who are more passionate about Health and Fitness and its’ members than we are!
