At CrossFit Waterloo, we believe that quality coaching and detailed instruction goes hand-in-hand with both safety and results. This is why we take the greatest pride in our coaching staff and make quality coaching our top priority. Our CrossFit certified coaching staff is also trained and internally handpicked based on several factors to complete an apprenticeship that is led by our head coaches Chris and Eddie, the owners of CrossFit Waterloo. Over the years our head coaches have attended several CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Health/Nutrition, and Neurology certifications to ensure continual growth and knowledge to pass on to our CrossFit Waterloo community. If you have any questions with regards to performance, nutrition, and health in general, we can certainly help you find an answer that leads to optimal results.
