1st: 15/12 Cal AB
2nd: 10-15 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
3rd: 10-15 T2B or Hanging Knee Raises
4th: Rest

Note: If you are not able to complete the movement by the 45 sec mark, then stop and prepare for the next station. Choose your weight appropriately where you can complete the 10 reps in under 45 sec or in less than 2 sets. This workout will test your pacing and so plan out how you maintain a consistent number of T2B or Hanging Knee Raises for every round.
