Level 3 – BW or Weighted Strict Pull-ups

2) GYMNASTICS WOD (20 min)
5 Rounds for Time
15 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
10 Ring Dips or HR Push-ups
10 Handstand Push-Ups

3) AP
Midline
3 Rounds
30 Alt. Standing Plate Twists
20 OH Plate Situps
