5 Rounds – For Time
30 Wallballs (20/14)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Deadlifts (225/155)

Note: If scaling the DL, choose a weight where you can complete 15 reps in 2 sets.

2) AP
2 x 1500m (Pace – 500m fast, 500m slow) Rest 3 min in between sets
