Partner 1: Accumulating front squats
Partner 2: 20/14 Cal AB

*If you drop the bar you must complete:
200ft Accumulated Sled Drag (135/95)

Note: Bar must be held in a front rack or at the top your deadlift. Back rack hold is not allowed. You must complete the sled drag before starting your front squats again.
