1) Lift/Skill
Front Squat – 2×5  (Same weights as last week – Medium weight), 1×5 (Increase in weight – Heavy weight)
3×10 Romanian Deadlift

Note: For the romanian deadlifts, use a light-medium weight to get familiar with the movement. All 10 reps should be completed UB.

2) WOD (14 min)
5 Rounds
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
ME Barbell Thrusters (75/55)
Rest 1 min

Note: If you are not completing the burpee box jumps within 90 sec in the first couple rounds reduce your reps down to 10.
