WOD (Partner Double DT)

10 Rounds For Time (30min T.L)

12 – Deadlifts

9 – Hang Power Cleans

6 – Push Jerks

  •  Here’s the twist – Partner 1 is working on DT while partner 2 is on the Assault bike.
  •  Partners change places once partner 2 has completed 25/20 cals on the Assault bike.
  • Continue from where your partner left off on DT until you are finished 10 rounds
