1) Lift/Skill
Every 90 sec (7 sets)
Level 1 – 2 Hi-Hang Clean + 2 Hang Clean
Level 2 – 2 Hi-Hang Power Cleans + 2 Fr. Squat + 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Fr. Squat
***3 sec pause in each hang position for each hang clean (Level 1 & 2)

The complex should be completed UB while maintaining technique and form. Choose a skill level based on your experience and technique with the clean. Finally don’t forget to record your weights and sets in your journals.
