Box Squats (Sumo Stance)

*Use your previous weeks weights to start your first couple sets of box squats then gradually add weight. Focus on keeping a strong midline throughout the lift espicially when you sit down onto to the box. This will be the final week of box squats in this cycle and so continue to add weight throughout your sets if you are maintaining good form.

2) WOD (10 min cap)
1-10 Dual DB Thrusters
10-1 Burpees
M-50lbs or 24kg
F-35lbs or 16kg
