0-2 min: 2 Sets of – 2 Dead lifts to knee (2 sec pause) + 1 Full Dead lift
2-3 min: ME L-sit Pull-ups
3-5 min: 20 Wall balls (11/10 ft target)

Guidelines: Stop at the bottom of the dead lift and reset (Avoid touch and go reps). Continue to work on positioning during the initial pull of the dead lift. Add weight from last weeks sets only if your maintaining good form and control during the complex.
