2 x ME Strict Press (Front)
*Build off of last weeks weights for the back press only if you are maintaining proper positioning. After completing the 3×5 back press, use the same weight for the 2 sets of ME Front press. Continue to focus on positioning and resetting your lats/core for every rep.

10-1 OHS (115/80)
20-2 Bar Over Burpees
*Use a weight for the OHS where you can keep each set UB with good form.
