Helen… It’s Time for Helen

Are you tracking your WODs somewhere? Tracking your WOD’s is so important as it keeps us accountable to our past selves.  Without that we are just guessing and not maximizing our results. Time to get a journal or a phone app or anything that writes and record all of your lifts, WODs, goals, and benchmarks… which are all conveniently located in the back of the CFW Journal (amazing stickers sold seperately). ~Coach Chris V
