Just a reminder registration is up for the CrossFit Waterloo Opens. You can sign-up online on MindBody by following the “Events/Competitions” tab, or register during your next visit to CFW. Week 1 will be starting Tuesday, January 10th and you will have until Saturday, January 14th to register and submit your Week 1 scores.
