6 Explosive Squats
7 Burpees
8 KB Swings; 24/16kg
9 Wall Balls; 20/16lb
10 Ring Dips
11 Strict Pull Up
12 T2B’s

This WOD is performed just like the song… Partner 1 does Rd 1, Partner 2 does Rd 2, Partner 1 does Rd 3, etc. While one partner is working the other one must be planking. Stop rep count to give planking partner a break when needed.
