4 Snatch Grip Back Press + 4 OHS w/2 sec pause at top of press and bottom of squat
***try to use same weight as last week despite doing the extra reps this week***

EMOM 20 (5 Rounds)

Min 1: 2 Turkish Get Up (1 per side)
Min 2: 4 Front Squat (off Rack, so go heavy)
Min 3: ME Burpee
Min 4: Rest
