Heavy Front Squats… in a WOD?


3 Snatch Grip Strict Back Press + 3 OHS
w/2 sec pause at top of press and bottom of squat
(note: If you cannot OHS full depth due to OH Mobility, just go as low as you can in the dip position and hold.)

WOD (20 min TL)
3 Rounds (each for time, rest as  necessary in between rounds)
8 Front Squat
21 KBS (32/24)
21 Burpee
(Front squats to be done off of rack.  All 3 rounds should feel heavy, and you may increase weight as rounds go on.)
