Today is our final Test day. We hope you have seen great progress in the past program. The new one starts Monday and the programming notes are coming. Congrats to all for the big PR’s! We are sharing this video as Mel has been working hard this past cycle to learn and activate her core and glutes. The true test came on Wednesday when she PR in her Clean at 120lb. The weight is a great weight, but as discussed with her the hard work in her core and glutes is paying off as in this video it shows how as the Clean got tough she fought through keeping her core engage to bring her chest back up and allowing for a better Bar path.  Great work EVERYONE and good luck today!
