6-8 Sets
2 reps @ 80-90%+
Followed by…
One set of:
8 reps @ 65-70%
Note: Try to get all 8 sets of two done by resting less than 2 minutes between sets if possible before doing the 8 rep set.  If you are running out of time then make sure to get the set of 8 in there either way as your last set. 

For Time (10 MIN TL):


OH Squats (Choose your weight, and you may add as each set declines in reps.)
*50 Double Unders or 100 Single Skips

Muscle Snatch or Front Squat (if you struggle with the OHS position, you can choose to address with muscle snatches or just get a sweat on with FS’s)
*50 Double Unders or 100 Single Skips
