Heavy Lifting Again? No Problem!


5 Rounds
A) 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Snatch Balances
B) 2 Hi or Hang P. Snatch + 2 OHS

5 Rounds (Each round is 4 minutes)
Minute 0-2:
5 Dead Lift (compare to May 3)
Min 2-4:
10 T2B
15 Push Up

You have a 2 minute window to do the Dead Lifts, so don’t rush and wait until you catch your breath from the AMRAPs.  They are not touch and go and you are to rest a second at the bottom of each rep and control the bar down.  Hands must stay on bar for the 5 reps. Use same weight as May 3 or add up to 5% per set.  For the AMRAP 2’s keep your efforts high and record your reps for each set.
