Just a reminder that the 2016 Nutrition and Lifestyle challenge is upon us this week!  The deadline to sign up is this Thursday.  For more information click HERE, and to register email cvranes@crossfitwaterloo.com.  When you email me, let me know what group you would like to participate in.  Also, you can click HERE to pay for the challenge online by Credit Card.  If you would like to pay in person by debit or cash that is no problem as well.
