Just a reminder the 2016 CrossFit Opens will be released tonight at 8pm! Registration is still open, so don’t forget to sign up!
  For the next 5 weeks, the Saturday 11:30 am class will be the ideal time slot to come in and complete the open WOD for that week surrounded in a competitive setting of all levels. Shortly after 12 we will start the first heat after going over movement standards, so it’s advised you come in early to set-up heats and also allow you to have time to warm-up for the workout. If for any reason you are not able to make it to the Saturday class, I will be available on Fridays at 6:30 pm. If both these times don’t work out for you talk to one of your coaches to try to arrange another time, but it is not guaranteed.
