Strength Test:
Push Press 1RM

Death By Pull Ups (16 min TL)
In the first minute, do 5 Pull Ups…
In the second minute, do 6 Pull Ups…
In the third minute, do 7 Pull Ups…
Continue to move up by one rep until failure… once you cannot complete a round start a Death By Burpees at 8 reps.
(If you cannot do pull ups, do 5 Scaled Pull Ups and 8 Push Ups EMOM16)
