work in partners to support each other in Handstand. Work on length of hold with no wall or support

6 Rounds On The  4 Minute

Partner 1/2: 400 Meter Run
Partner 2/1: Squat Clean Thrusters until minute #3; 135/95lb
Rest 1 min
Score is total number of Squat Clean Thrusters. Once partner is back from run then other partner can start and count. Switch movements for the following round.
