WOD: (20 min TL)
With a RANDOMLY selected partner…

100 Double Under
15 Burpee
75 Double Under
50 Sit Up
50 Double Under
50 Sit Up
75 Double Under
15 Burpee
100 Double Under

This is a partner relay built for speed.  Both partners must each do all the reps listed above, taking turns after each movement is done.  For example, once P1 finishes ALL the 100 DU’s, then P2 does ALL 100 DU’s, then P1 does ALL 15 Burpees, then P2 does ALL 15 Burpees, and so on.  All of these movements are to be done as fast as possible, and UB is the intent however not mandatory.  If you cannot do double unders, just do same amount of single skips in order to keep moving fast.
