Partner WOD
In teams of two…
AMRAP 30
50 Double Under
40 Sit Up
30 Kettlebell Swings (32/24)
20 Wall Ball (20/16)
10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at a time. Partner A will start with the skips in round one, then Partner B will do the sit ups, and so on. Partner B will start the second round with the skips after Partner A finishes the burpees in round one.
