Two EMOMS are Better Than None


Odd: 8 Power Clean (135/95)
Even: 16 WB (20/16)

Odd: 6 OHS (135/95)
Even: 50 Double Under

The goal is to do all movements Unbroken.  Try to get at least 20 seconds of rest every minute.  If you cannot do double unders well just get as many as you can for 40 seconds.  If you are doing singles also do as many as possible in 40 seconds.
