5×10 Touch and Go Dead Lift
(Do this more for finding a tempo suitable for a WOD. Not as fast as you can go, but move quickly with full control every rep.  If your tempo starts slowing down on the way up, you have gone too heavy.)

3 Minutes: KB Swing (32/24)
3 Minutes: Burpee Pull Ups (6″/4″)
2 Minutes: KB Swing (32/24)
2 Minutes: Burpee Pull Ups (6″/4″)
1 Minute: KB Swing (32/24)
1 Minute: Burpee Pull Ups (6″/4″)
