The Open is almost here! Are you ready?


For those who are new to this, here’s how the Open works at CrossFit Waterloo:

  • The Open workout will be the WOD for Friday’s class, so everyone will get a chance to test it out, even if you aren’t registered for the Open.
  • For those who are registered for the Open, we’ll be doing the Open workouts every Saturday starting at 11:30am. We’ll go over the movement standards and coaches will share some tips on how to approach the workout. Everyone will be split into heats and assigned a judge, and then the fun will begin!
  • If you can’t make it on a Saturday, talk to Coach Eddie or Coach Chris about arranging an alternate time.
