Burpees might not fix everything, but it’s worth a shot!


Skill/Strength: (8 min T.L.)
30 Strict HSPU
*Do this in as little sets as possible.  Rest a max of 60 seconds in between sets.
*If scaling HSPU’s, choose a method difficult enough that you start with no more than 5 in a row

10 Burpee
10 Thruster (135/95)
50 Sit Up
rest 2 min
10 Burpee
15 Squat Clean (135/95)
20 HR Push Up
rest 2 min
