Strict Press Cluster (17:15min T.L.)
5 Sets of 5 Rounds
3 Reps @ 95/65lbs within 15sec
Rest 15sec
Repeat 5 Times
Rest 90secs between each Set

Rest 3 minutes

Death By Burpees (12 minute cap)
** minimum 10 rounds. If you fail before 10 rounds reduce burpees by 1rep and repeat each round were failed minus the 1rep (example fail at round 7 finish round 8 to 10 by doing 6 burpees each round) **
