Min 1 – 16 UB KB Swing (32/24)
Min 2 – 16 UB KB Lunge
Min 3 – 16 UB Wall Ball (20/16)
(the goal is to hit 16 of everything every round however if you cannot complete the reps unbroken then the next round only go to where you got to the previous round.  Your score will be how many reps you are doing of each exercise in the final round.  For example if the last round you are down to 10 Swings, 8 Lunges and 11 Wall Balls then your score is 29)
