It has been a pleasure teaching yoga at CrossFit Waterloo and I am excited to continue working with such a great group of people!
If you have attended one of my yoga classes, you may have noticed that I frequently ask for requests from the members. My goal as a yoga instructor is to tailor every class to help you reach your flexibility and mobility goals. In this regard I would like to ask you all to send me your requests by emailing me at info@crossfitwaterloo.com or drop in to chat before or after yoga class. I’m always looking for ways to make CrossFit Waterloo’s yoga classes more helpful, challenging, and fun to you, the members! You can find our yoga class schedule here.

 

A common request I receive is for exercises to loosen up the shoulders and hamstrings. Although we do loads of stretches to work on those areas in class, Downward Facing Dog is by far my favourite (and very effective!).
