Burpees 3 Minute T.L*
Rest 1 Minute
Pull-Up 3 Minute T.L**
Rest 1 Minute
Squats 3 Minute T.L***
Rest 1 Minute
400m Run 3 Minute T.L****
Rest 1 Minute

*Burpees – 45 Reps to be completed within 3 Min T.L. If not; take Rest and complete again for 30 Reps. If 30 Reps are not completed take Rest and complete a final round 15 Reps.
**Pull-Up- 45 Reps to be completed within 3 Min T.L. If not; take Rest and complete again for 30 Reps. If 30 Reps are not completed take Rest and complete a final round 15 Reps.
***Squats – 90 Reps to be completed within 3 Min T.L. If not; take Rest and complete again for 60 Reps. If 60 Reps are not completed take Rest and complete a final round 30 Reps.
****400m Run to be completed with 3 Min T.L.; If not; take Rest and complete again for 200m Run;  If 200m Run is not completed take Rest and complete a final Run of 100m.
