Strength: (15 min TL)
Dead Lift 5×5

5 Rounds

In the first minute complete 100m Sprint
In the second minute complete 20 Lunges
In the third minute complete 15 Push Ups
*Try to complete the work in each minute as quickly as possible, rest for the remainder of the minute.  If  you don’t get the work done within 40 seconds in the minute, stop to at least get 20 seconds of rest.*
