Bench Warmers

Strength: (17 minutes)
Bench Press
4 x Max Effort @ Body Weight
(if you cannot perform more then 5 reps at this weight, use a lighter weight.  If you perform 15 reps at this weight, stop there and then move up in weight next round.  The goal is to find a weight between 5-15 reps for most rounds.)
Right after all 4 sets, complete a max effort round of Supines
(if you cannot perform 10 or more supines in any of your max effort sets, just do one a time until you get to 10)
Strict HSPU
Strict Pull Up
*30 Double Unders
