Short Week – Squats = Dead Lifts

Dead Lift (15 min)
1 Rep Max

5 Rounds
In the first minute complete 100m Sprint
In the second minute complete 22 Squats
In the third minute complete 11 Burpees
*Try to complete the work in each minute as quickly as possible, rest for the remainder of the minute.  If  you don’t get the work done within 40 seconds in the minute, stop to at least get 20 seconds of rest.*
