WOD:
EMOM 14
Even: 15 Box Jumps
Odd: 3 Power Clean + 2 Push Press

** Use a weight that allows you to focus on your form during the entire WOD, but trying to finish the 5 reps between 20-25seconds. Keep a fast pace for the Box Jumps to allow to finish around 35 seconds **
