10 Quality Rounds: (15mins)

10sec Ring Turnout Hold
10sec L-Sit Hold (Rings)
5 Pulse ups
5 Weighted Pass-thrus (seated)
Rest as Needed

** Avoid swinging the legs on the pulse ups. Go for quality and control as we are working towards back lever progressions **


WOD:(15min T.L.)
100-10 & 10-1 For Time:
100 Double Unders
10 Deadlifts; 135/95lb
10 Power Cleans; 135/95lb

** Each round reduce Double Under by 10 and barbell movement by 1. Work your way to final round of 10 & 1’s. SCALE wisely if D/U are not your friend **
