100 Pull-Ups
125 Push-Ups
150 Sit-Ups
200 Squats

*** While partner 1 works, partner 2 completes 30 D/U Rx OR 45 Single Skips Sc then rests. Partners take turns; pick up where your partner left off to complete all reps of each movement to keep a continuous count going before moving to the next movement. On each partner switch complete D/U or Single Skips***
