Yoga for Athletes

We like to start by thanking all you for coming out to try our potential yoga teachers. We have been getting some great feedback and we encourage it to keep coming in. We want to be able to provide you with instructors that you our members feel confident and encouraged by.

This week we will be working with Jess on Thursday at 7:30pm and with Jackie on Saturday at 9:30am. Again those classes are both free and we welcome everyone to come out for both or one of the classes.

With all the feedback we hope to help mold the instructors we are working with to provide classes that are suited for our members. Enjoy the free classes this week and look forward to more future free classes in March.
