3 x Max Effort Strict HSPU

The goal is to end up with more than 30 reps in total over the 3 sets. If you feel you cannot come close to achieve this with strict HSPU’s then you may kip. If you fall short of 30 in the 3 sets, use the remainder of the Time Limit to try to get to 30.

(if you cannot perform strict HSPU’s to 1 ab mat or less, practice getting inverted and holding or practice kipping HSPU techniques)
