Death By Muscle Ups

Skill:
10 Minutes to practice transition from False Grip Supine to Muscle Up
(pause for 3 seconds when hands reach chest, then turn over and complete Ring Dip)

WOD:
Death by Muscle Ups (6 minute max)
1 Muscle up in 1st minute
2 Muscle up in 2nd minute
3 Muscle up in 3rd minute
and so on until the 6th minute
***If you fail before the 6 minutes is up, start the next minute at 1 muscle up again and start going up again until the 6 minutes is up***
(if you cannot perform Muscle Ups, do Death by Supines but start the first round at 6 Supines)

1 Burpee Pull Up
2 HSPU
2 Burpee Pull Up
3 HSPU
3 Burpee Pull Up
***continue moving up by one rep until the time is up***
