Basil Cranberry Salad

Here is the last recipe for the challenge. This is a great holiday salad and is sure to be a favorite by many. In a hurry I love pairing this salad up with a smoked pork chop, quick and delicious. That is what I did in the picture, but you can be creative if you wish to spend a bit more time. In the past I have done a stuffed chicken breast with a chocolate drizzle on top to compliment the cranberries. Pretty much you can be as creative as you want with so many flavors in the salad. Enjoy!
