5 Rounds:

1 round is the following series completed 7 times;
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

-To be completed in pairs, one athlete completes a round as the other rests
-Not completed for time; start light work up to your max
-During each round the bar must not rest on the ground; bar can rest in the rack position or in the back squat
-Burpee Penalty if bar rests on the ground; to be completed the end of the workout
-Touch and go is allowed on the Cleans
